express: Neymar joined PSG from Barcelona in 2017 for a world record fee of £200million (€222m).
The 27-year-old has impressed on the pitch, scoring 51 goals in his 58 appearances.
Despite winning back-to-back league titles while in France, Neymar has failed to help PSG achieve their main goal of winning the Champions League.
Neymar is now set on a return to Barcelona, where he spent four seasons from 2013 to 2017 after leaving his native Brazil.
And French newspaper Le Parisien claim that PSG have reconsidered their stance on their star player.
The report claims that instead of a £270m (€300m) fee the French champions will accept an offer between 130 and 150 million euros alongside two key players.
Spanish publication AS have pointed towards Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic and Samuel Umtiti as possible options to boost PSG’s chances of European glory.
All three have been uncertain of their futures with links away from Barcelona through the summer.
And they could now be involved in the deal to bring Neymar back to Spain.
Neymar’s PSG team-mate Edinson Cavani has given his thought’s on Neymar’s desire to leave the club, and wished him good luck for his future.
He said: “I do not know what will happen, but as I said, I wish the best for him. I spoke with Neymar about his situation when we were in France.
“Now, during the Copa America, no, we do not talk, and with everything that is happening, I would say that he knows exactly what he should do. I know it’s a difficult time for him, Neymar has the charisma and ability to move forward.
“I hope he recovers, I wish him the best and he recovers [from injury] as quickly as possible.”
Neymar has missed out on Brazil’s 2019 Copa America campaign through injury, but his team-mates have reached the semi-finals without their star player.
The former Santos winger has scored 60 goals in 97 appearances for his country since making his debut at the age of 18 in 2010.
