inews: Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has hit out at the referee and described his decision to award Manchester United a last minute penalty at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night “a disgrace”. A nerveless Marcus Rashford struck home the spot kick to seal a dramatic 3-1 win on the night and send United into the Champions League quarter-final draw on away goals.
But it wasn’t without controversy. After initially awarding a corner, referee Damir Skomina spent several minutes consulting the video replay screen by the side of the pitch before deciding that PSG defender Presnel Kimpembe had handled the ball inside the box from Diogo Dalot’s shot.

“It’s a disgrace,” said Neymar, who missed both legs through injury. “Four guys who know nothing about football watch a slow-motion replay in front of the television. “What can [Kimpembe] do with his hand while his back is turned?”
