Lukaku has admitted he could leave Man Utd before next season

besoccer: Romelu Lukaku has spoken to the Guardian, stating that he could consider leaving Manchester United if they fail to qualify for next year’s Champions League, which could very well happen given their recent form.

He signed from Everton in 2017 and has a contract at Old Trafford until 2021 but the club may be willing to entertain offers from other clubs for his transfer.

When asked about his future with United, Lukaku responded bluntly saying, “I don’t know, I am not here to entertain rumours. I am still under contract.”

United have two, seemingly straight-forward matches for their final two of the season, against already-relegated Huddersfield and Cardiff a week later who are also battling with Brighton to avoid relegation.

It remains to be seen whether Lukaku stays or goes, but he is reported to have had interest from Juventus and Inter.
