Hubert Humphrey Fellowships Fully Funded 2022-2023, USA

The purpose of the Humphrey Fellowship program is to enrich fellows’ professional skills and knowledge. This program is designed to provide Fellows opportunities to meet and exchange information, exchange knowledge and share experiences with their American counterparts and Humphrey colleagues from around the World. Fellows are thereby placed in groups of seven to fifteen at a selected U.S. Universities, which is meant to serve as their academic and professional base.

Degree Level
The Hubert Humphrey Fellowships 2020-2023 is a Fully Funded Program available for all international students to undertake Fellowship level programs at USA Universities

Eligibility Nationalities:
Available for all International students

Fellowship Stipend:

The Fellowship provides for the Following:

  • Payment of tuition and fees at the assigned host University
  • Living Allowance, including a one time settling-in allowance
  • Pre-academic English language training, if required\
  • A one-time computer subsidy
  • Accident and Sickness coverage
  • A book allowance
  • Flight travel (international travel to and from the U.S for the program activities, such as field trips, professional visits and conferences

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicant must have a minimum of five years of full-time professional experience
  • Applicant must have an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree
  • Applicant must demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Applicant must have a record of public service in the community
  • Applicant must have English Language ability
